Is your organization currently recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) public charity? If Yes, please be prepared to submit a copy of your IRS determination letter.
If you are not a 501(c)(3) organization or you do not file annual 990 returns with the U.S. government, please do not proceed as we will not be able to review your grant request.
